Aims & scope
European Journal of Medical Research publishes articles of international interest from all areas of medical research. The main focus of the journal is on clinical research.
European Journal of Medical Research goes Open Access
In January 2012 the European Journal of Medical Research became an open access, online-only journal, published as part of BioMed Central's portfolio of more than 200 open access journals. The previous publisher, I. Holzapfel Verlag, published the journal with monthly issues until the end of 2011
Articles published in BioMed Central's open access journals appear in PubMed within two working days of publication. Tracking and indexing by other services (e.g. Medline, Thomson Reuters) will not be affected by the change of publisher.
